This information has been provided to us, either directly from you in a job application or CV submission, or where you have posted your details on a job website for the express and obvious purposes of finding work. If we do contact you (we would always inform you of the source whereby we received your details) and subsequently forward your CV to a client, we are obliged to retain your details for a minimum of 12 months, in line with Agency Conduct Regulations. Please note: we do not send your CV onto any client/prospective employer until we have specifically checked with you first.
